I got a factory set of cab lights with the harness witch has a conector at the end of it. My truck is a 95 and the lights came off a 95. I wanted to know if my truck has the other end of the conector for the harness and where I would find it in the truck. I'm a bodyman by trade so drilling the roof and taking down the head liner is no big deal and I already made a template off my budies truck for placement of the lights. Thanks-MCurtis

It has been a while, but if I remember correctly...

I bought the cab light kit from Mopar. Of course it had the wires to hook the lights in and I believe it had to go down the drivers side light post and be connected to the light switch.

What I did was NOT hook them up to the switch. I installed a relay, disconnected ALL clearance lights from the headlight switch and ran them to the relay.

I couldn't find any factory connections for mine when I put them in my '95.

I must have tapped into one of the light wires, but I also ran the clearance lights off of a relay, plus I ran a switch into the ground side, and I can wink them off and on at night if I feel like it!

I also run both highbeams and lowbeams off of a couple of relays--so I can really blast out the light if I hold back on the Multifunction switch, and it won't put too much current through the headlight switch.
