Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Cam plate location

Are the cam plates all in the same position? As far as sliding them. I didnt mark my stock position and am now not sure what is my referance to stock.

No, they're all different. Since you didn't mark it the best way is to see if you can find the old screw marks on the stock plate, reinstall it there then scribe a line on the housing.

If you've been moving the plate all around this may be near impossible to do. No great loss, seat of the pants and amount of smoke/egts will help find the sweet spot.

I am about 1/2 and ground down to between a 5 and 6 plate. Smoke is just a little black trail at full boost. Just trying to get a idea of where my power is at.
