2002 3500 6spd. (Boss' truck)

I am also suppose to look for a camshaft or crankshaft position sensor for his truck. Rokktech? Where can you buy one? The truck is hesitated and running like crap then it will pickup again. Thanks for all help

Any Dodge dealer should have it. I don't know if is an produced as an aftermrket item at Auto Zone or equivalent. When it loses signal, crankshaft position sensor causes PCM to go into limp mode, thus loss of power. My '00 also lost tach as well and set code.

On the '02 there is just a camshaft position sensor. It resides right behind the injection pump. I ahave never tried to change one with the pump in place, but removing the high pressure lines may make the job easier.

I am sure someone that has had to swap it will chime in.
