Can I really fit 35" tires on stock wheel on my 04 with Carli leveling kit without having any rubbing or having to trim any thing?

Mine fit but would rub on tight turns or under any type of flex. I'm on logging roads a lot on weekends so i had to go down to 33"s for ample clearence. It didn't bother me much because i was coming down from a 6" so my 35"s were almost worn anyway. For you though i'd really look into it before you buy $1200 in tires and find out they rub. Some will say they fit fine and have no problems. I'm just stating my situation. Hope that helps.

They will fit but they generally will also rub slightly at lock-to-lock turns..... even without a leveling kit.

I have 35" Pro Comps and they do rub the control arms at lock-to-lock... . even with the KORE leveling kit...

Had 35's on my '02 with completely stock suspension. They rubbed at full lock. I'm not stupid, so I just backed off the steering a little. It's not like these turn on a dime anyhow, so I didn't care. If you want to have no rub at full lock and full suspension compression, you'll need a lift of at least 2''. The question for me is: is it worth the cost of a 2'' lift just for 35'' tires? IMHO, you might as well spend a little more for a 4'' and 36'' or possibly 37'' tires. My . 02 anyhow.

I have 315's with a 2 inch leveling kit. I had the 315's on my stock rims and did not rub but the center of the tire seemed to be wearing more than the outer edges of the tires. I purchased a set of rims (9 inch steels) that sit out 1 inch further than stock and the tires rub a little on lock to lock.

Mine only rubbed the fender liner in reverse full lock. Not a big deal at all! The key was offset on the wheels.

Yes. I have 315 BFG's on 17" steel on my '04 2500 long bed. Put simple 2" leveling spacers in the front. I made custom 1" blocks for the rear to help it look better. I needed new ubolts to put in the extra rear blocks. I have noticed no rub at all.
