Can you please post photos of the 'full set of manuals' you can order online?

Hi all,

Odd request, I know.

The truck comes with a 'User Guide' and manuals on disc. But the first purchaser can go onto the website and order what people call the full set of hardcopy manuals, which they say makes a pile about 6" thick. Can someone please take a photo of these for me for a 2014 truck, showing the pile?

Reason: Ram only provide them free to the first purchaser. The woman who purchased the truck for me in the States is the 'first purchaser' according to Ram's system. She promised to buy these for me and said she had. She hadn't, and now she has her commission and the truck is in Oz, she's dropped off the radar. I'm now in a wrangle with the RHD conversion company who employ her, but they keep getting confused, telling me the hardcopy manual was in the truck, thinking I'm talking about the User Guide and associated bits. I want to send them a photo of the full pile so they can see what I'm talking about.

I ordered mine over the phone with customer care dept, they're free.......Have your wife call customer care and pretend she is the sales lady and request the manuals be sent to your "new" address.......

What phone number did you use??? What specifically did you ask for?? Full set of Hard copy manuals?? Did you need your VIN number??

I can't recall the number,it was an 800 number. I was reading the user guide that came in the glove box and there is a section that talks about the manuals available to the original owner and a phone number. Try 866-726-4636 , someone on site B listed this number, you will need your vin.

Just bringing this to the top... Stumbled across this while searching today and gave em a call, mine are in the mail... Just need the last 8 digits of the VIN, and the phone number above is the correct one... Thanks to those who posted!
