Got bored and spent some time reading about the new 6. 0L powerstroke.

These guys make our transmission and oil wars look pretty silly. Denial, accusations of trolling,"prove it", vin #'s, photo's, paranoia, ..... it's ugly.

yeah, I didn't check the link out that you have above, but I know they have a thread going over there that is titled, "Prove it" . One of the members says he is tired of hearing all the complaints about the "well built" 6. 0 and wants people to post the repair invoices to prove that they are actually breaking.



What a joke, save the trouble and arguement. Just drive by the dealer.

Looks like some of those posts were written by third graders. Or shud I say writn by 3rd grdrs? Oh well, we cant expect too many functioning brain cells; look at what they drive. Increased demand for the other brands makes the used Dodge CTDs less pricey for me.

The worst thing about owning my Powerstroke was that website (the diesel stop). Horrible moderation, complete disregard for member ideas, and every discussion ended up as a flamewar.

I'm over there a lot, but hang out in the '94-'97 and IDI forums. Great bunch of guys in that area of the site---they laugh about the Super Duty and 6. 0 circus as much as anyone. :-laf
