The alm thing is over rated, you have a diesel and the weight is not an option, so don't worry about it. Look at the build quality, the two manf. you stated offer good trailers, but also offer several different levels of trailers. I just purchased a haulmark EDGE 36' tri-axel gooseneck, kodiak front, sprint car roof,6'side double door, alm int. ,cabinets, tire racks,ac w/heat, gen, front lounge, you get the picture. Any way it pulls and tracks very good, can say it's the best i've ever pulled. Structure wise very sound,16" centers, nice welds, ect. Interior was none nice, there were a few places i'd liked better, but better then most. Make sure you get the options you want, it's alot cheaper now then latter. Also re-sale is better on nicer trailers(just sold 28' tag, tri-axel,enclosed full option) to a guy in cally, yes he even paid me to deliver? gooseneck are so much easier to tow, cost a little more but a worth every cent. If you get a generator compartment make sure it's a true sealed compartment, not just a door that opens up to under the bench, thats useless, can't run gen. Sounds like common sense, but I have seen them out there. Also add up the weight of your car, quad, ect what ever you are going to haul, add in the trailer weight, and then add in another 25%, this way you can get the right axel rateing. Red fades bad, and make sure you get brakes on all the axels. Also compare the flooring matterials, should be atleast 3/4" plywood, treated. If you a going to have D-rings installed, think about how you will be tying the thing down, and where YOU want them to go. Also E-TRACK is the best option you can get, I like it 18"-24" aff, down each wall. Think about the lights, and there switches, where do you want them? And a wheel well cabinet is well worth the money, oh yell, if you go with HAULMARK, the chrome cabinet fronts are great. I bought mine from MSI, in Indiana.
