Ordered some smitty nerf bars from this company in March. They sent me a confirmation that the part would be shipped ant the end of March. Dang, a month wait? Oh well the price was good. At the end of March, another email, Sorry but new ship date end of April. Then another email, Sorry again, but expected ship date end of April... . Is anyone else having this problem with Carparts.com, or is it just me???
Please let me know.

I had ordered a bunch of parts for a mustang that I am working on, had the exact same problem. They would give me a ship date, then it would be pushed back, then pushed back again, and finally I would just cancel the order, buy it elsewhere and just give up the few bucks I would have saved.

Well, I thought it was just me! I ordered a couple of things that they confirmed would ship and then started getting notices that the order was delayed. They always gave an expected ship date but would then change it a few days later. Took about 5 weeks and when I got the order, one of the parts was wrong for my first gen truck.

So much for carparts.com

Same problem here, I ordered a Triple A piller pod December 1st several calls and e-mails latter Febuary now still no pod cancelled my order and got it through Geno's in a week.

CARPARTS. COM SUCKS !!!!

I ordered a pair of front brake rotors from them then received an email that they were back ordered for a month. UPS dropped them off two days later, guess I was lucky.
