Jake,

The troll remark was out of line. Please accept my apoligy. I had a bad day yesterday and lost my head. I will keep Greg out of this as well.

I was just looking for the info you were referring to and you couldn't/wouldn't provide it to me.

What intake are you using? They all help out nicely in driveability.

guys.......

i am so happy you made up. you know everyone has bad days, except our wives, of course! anyway, if you guys want to meet face to face, let me know, so i can make sure you guys dont end up rollin' around in the dirt together like little boys. then we can all go out for some beers and laughs..... thats what life should be about. by the way i really never liked composite materials in the engine bay... ... i mean, i know that there is a lot of plastic under the hood, but the less the better? thats why i like the ATS, its heavy and probably took a few 10th's off my quarter mile, but hey, whatever! PEACE OUT! :D

No problem Dan, I modified my animated post with the info but I did not put a link up cause I didn't think we were aloud to post other dodge site links on the forums.

I have the AFE(paid full price:eek:)and am very happy with it, and I know the CFM+ performs extremely well too. I never questioned its performance just its durability for the big dogs.

Jake:D

I have no complaints with mine. The nice thing about it, is I can reach back and drain my fuel filter without burning my hand when I don't have the patience to wait for the engine to cool.

Of course, I could go in an put a long sleeve shirt on. :)

Back from the dead, another CFM+ explosion at a supposed 55+ psi. Granted I am sure its not a stock truck but come on now. How many aluminum manifolds have you seen explode on our trucks:-laf

I am running a CFM on my truck with twins that occasionally see's 50-60 psi of boost. It has held up well so far and most certainly will report it when/if it fails :-laf

I am running one on my truck as well. It has seen 75+lbs of boost numerous times, including an 1100+hp nitrous run on the dyno, and a few other 1000+hp nitrous runs. Don't know what the boost was on those runs, but I imagine it was up there. I have no problems running it. If it blows apart, I'll let you guys know. :D

Well, I was running down the free way when a ealry 70s mustang rolled up to me. I raced him the first time and pulled him. The second time as soon as it hit, I think around 55-60psi, it sounded like a shotgun under the hood. I knew it wasnt a boot blowing, but close. It hit the inside of the hood so hard I worried it cracked the hood.
