Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) changing speedometer speed on 2001

wanting to switch from my 4. 10 to 3. 54 gears. Can the dealer or anyone switch the calibration in the computer? any idea on what it would cost? I have an edge and can calibrate it through tire size, but would rather it be real on the speedo.
