While trouble shooting my no start issue I found last night that it is charging at 14.9v and sometimes hitting 15v at idle.

I have always known 14.5 to be the max..

Do I have additional issues?

15V is a bit high unless you are measuring it under very cold conditions.
There might also be some measurement errors involved. Be sure you are checking with a high quality digital voltmeter, (at either of the batteries) there might be as much as a 5% error between the dash board readings and the real world.
Since starting issues are involved, battery problems will request higher charging voltages from the charging system.
Check battery age and condition.

I am using a good meter, and the batteries are new. I remember reading that the dodges charge higher which caused issues with non oem batteries, but of course I remembered that after I bought aftermarket ones.

I see often 15.2V under cold conditions (freezing) , see 14.6-8 most of the time.
This values are commanded from the ECM, so it is normal behavior.

Excellent. Eliminating one potential problem at a time. Weird how you get to 200K+ and they nickel and dime you for a while.

p-bar,
Don't want to seem pompous, but just to clarify, an RMS meter stands for Root Means Square, and is used for AC measurements, not DC as in our 12vdc systems.
But you are right on when you imply that it needs to be accurate
