Well I have been pondering ways to install bigger 1. 5" 35 spline inner axle shafts without forking over the 600$ for dynatrac or EMS offroads inner axle kit. From what I know the older 1st gen dodges along with older fords used 1. 5" 35 spline inner shafts, best part is that they are probably cheap. Now the only thing that I know of to bee an issue has been the CAD axle seal, but dynatrac has a new seal design to accommodate the bigger shafts. IF you could some how get ta hold of this new seal style I think you would be golden? IDK:confused:

Just throwing this out there what do you guys think?
 
the short side is easy it is a stock ford inner shaft the long side is the pita but you could have a shaft made 1 pieace and intall a seal in the disco area or i have another idea on doing it further inn the tube like the short side
