Ever taken a look at the spaghetti of harnesses up on the firewall of your 24V? One of the wires on my ETH is a single white one which end and is tagged "PTO"...

It looks like if you activate the feature in the ECM and then set it for say 1,300rpms, then all one would have to do is instal a toggle switch which grounds this PTO wire when flipped.
Let's see, maybe a 1/4hr of Cummins or Dealer time at the Scan Tool, a toggle switch and a few feet of wire...
or Hundreds for some of these electronic high idlers.
Gonna have to try this one out.
