How do you fix a boat floor?

sorry disregard this... just testing

I have actualy had these for quite while now. I have just never had any pictures. They are American Racing Torq Thrust IIs. I really like my old slotted aluminum mags that I used to have but it was impossible to find a dot "legal" street/strip tire that was worth anything to fit a 14" rim..... oh BTW hoosier quick time DOTs are no good lol

And this is an interior shot... the interior is not really done. Probably never will be since it has nothing to do with how fast the car goes :D

SWEEEET MOPAR:) . I've got a 73 charger(see sig. ). I had a chance to buy a 68 barracuda,ragtop,318,for $1000. It was in Fla. and good shape, but I did'nt have the $$$ :( . Are older cuda ragtops rare and worth money? The guy might still have it. Doug

Hey Bad340fish, great looking car, when your up here the 27th I'll bring some of the pictures of my 68' camaro and we can talk cars in between trucks dynoing:D see you there. John

Jon, Sounds good to me!

Me4OSU, I have no idea where to get the slots anymore, I think M/T or american racing was making some for awhile but not for sure. The best the car has ever run is an 11. 61@112 that was with a 150HP of Nitrous on my 360 thats in the car now. With the 340 in it ran a 11. 98@114 on motor only. But I broke the 340 and put this 360 shortblock in(which is 15 yrs old lol) until I get another 340 back together. But I have found nitrous to be way to fun :D. I hope to be in the mid to low 10s on a small tire with my new 340 and some JUICE :D

Here's a few pics of mine:

A while back with 15" wheels:

and now with 16" wheels:

As you can see, it's more of a pro-touring/autocross setup than a drag. I like drags, but prefer to have several in a row with corners between them. :D

I'd like to find another 68, but a 'vert bodystyle.

I'd also like to find some 17" torque thrust wheels with the non-polished centers. Similar to the Bullit Mustang wheel by SVT. I've thought about putting my B body rear in the rear of my cuda to make up for the offset, but would still need adapters for the front.

Thats Sweet!

I am not for sure but I have been told the later model disc brake A-bodys have a wider front track on them. I wonder if B-body front end parts would bolt up to an A-body?

I think the track is slightly wider with the late model disc brake setup (I've already installed it). If I remember correctly, the B-body control arms are shorter (difference in width made up by the K-frame).

That looks pretty sweet!! I think those wheels look like crap on the cobras but they look good on a Valiant lol. If you do that be sure to hook us up with some pics.

I am kinda screwed with the rear axle on my car when it comes to changing anything else really. When I had my axles made I had them made with a dual pattern since I had small bolt wheels. The small bolt axles have a diifferent offset than the big bolt ones. So i have small bolt offset with a big bolt pattern now. Going to be next to impossible to do rear disc brakes I think. And a 26x10 slick fits so perfect. . yet so close to rubbing so if I Change axle offsets my wheels will rub. #@$%! the guy that made the small bolt pattern Oo. we got more smilies... . :--)

BTW where did you find this thread?? Floor it and I were looking for it last night and figured it got lost somehow:confused:

Maybe it was Johns attempt at posting pics that scared the thread off :p I am pretty sure he was #@$%! a few times trying to get it to work ;)
