classifieds wont modify or delete

I can't seem to get into my ads to modify or delete them when I sell things. I can log into classifieds and look up my ad numbers but when I type in the ad number it says no match found. It has been this way for some time but I REALLY need to get some of them deleted now because my phone has been ringing off the hook with replies to my ads. It will however let me post new ads. How are you getting your ad #'s? Are you using the ad number to the left of the ad on the search page or are you going directly to the ad and getting the ad number on the left side column below the expiration date of the ad (this is the one you should be using)? I'm not aware of anyone ever having trouble editing or deleting their ads previously. If you still can't get it just let me know the ad numbers you wish to delete and we'll take care of it.

Steve, I'm using the ad number under the expiration date like you said i should use but it still isn't working right. I will list the ad numbers to delete.
