Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Clearing odometer codes...help please

I should be able to remember this, but I can't. Had a crank position sensor code come up. I got it taken care of and cleared the code in the computer with the scan tool, but it still shows up on the odometer display. How do I get that one cleared from the odometer? I appreciate any help. Thank you!!!

disconnect both batteries for 30 min. is the way I do it
