My cluch sliped yesterday pretty bad. It sliped all the way through 3rd,4th,5th. I'm pretty hard my my truck I guess (used to drive a 400hp camaro)
I was at a red light and reved it up to about 2200RPM in 3rd gear and dumped the cluch. It worked great once before for getting a quicker launch since I have 4:10's and useally have to upshift to 3rd right away. This time it sliped and smelt burnt. Later on that day I had a 3rd passanger riding up front w/ me and had to shift from 1st to 3rd since they were in the way of the shifter and I got that burnt cluch smell again. Tonight I did the same 2200RPM dump into 3rd and it happened all over again.
I'm stock with an EZ
I need to know how many more miles do I have left on my cluch?
If its covered under warentee?
If not should I get a South Bend Cluch and wich one?
Thanks
