You had to know there were going to be people freaking out about "floating gears" didn't you? I don't drive the 3500 as much as I used to so not much floating, but knowing how to do it can save your @rse some times. When driving semi, always...…..clutch pedal is :Dfor stopping.
 
I drove a '50 Dodge pickup for a time. It had the "crashbox" manual. Zero synchros so I got pretty good at rev matching.
A lot of work. I'll take synchros.
