I looked at stock rims, distinctly different slope.

Per Napa, the '17 Ram 3500 srw uses this nut, as oem. M14-1.5x22mm in 60 degree taper.

Per one review on Summit, the 81a Vision uses a McGard 64806 nut, a 60 degree taper. It was for a 2nd gen so the tread was 9/16-18x7/8".

Pretty sure Vision is steering you wrong. It has been my experience, most customer service/technical support staff know nothing but what the computer is showing. No clue what a lug nut v/s a wheel stud is.....

I assume the tire store that mounted the wheels used the oem nuts?

Here's what I've recorded for my 2020 3500. I think it's been the same for several years.
Studs = Thread 14MM x 1.50
OEM Lug Nuts = 14mm, 60° taper, Acorn, Bulge,
22mm (7/8”) Lug Nut Socket
Torque 130 ft lb for Cone Lug Nuts
Replace with DP Driver # LCB3D8HCOCH04032
Replace with Mcgard # 64069 Chrome
Replace with Mcgard # 64074 Black
Replace with Gorilla #66148DX

Confirmed today, they are conical. Vision apologized as the dully is shank. Returning parts. Wheel shake interestingly went away it seems after they looked at alignment. They said we didnt get a pre print out, here is your post. I wonder if they aligned and didnt tighten something and the tow or something was backing out. At least on initial drive home with only realignment I dont have profound shake. Will take back out on the road before I incriminate out of balance tires. They said alignment likely not the cause of steering will shake but I wonder about that now.

Thuren and on the way home now wheel shake. I will be surprised if that made that much difference as they thought not

have appointment in am to check tire balance but i am going to see if problem solves

Ok, here is my update, after rechecking alignment we pulled the wheels and the most that any of them was out was 6oz so we balanced, I left the centramatics on and reinstalled and no issue. They did tell me at centramatics that anything above 6oz may require balancing so it seems in the 19.5 size they dont have a balance ability that I would like to see like 8-12 oz. Anyway sharing for those of you taking the same path as me. You can tell the suspension works harder with the heavier tires but my adjustable shocks working much better than anything before. Will now load up camper and see where we are.

Just a thought here. Many years ago I had a set of Centramatic balancers go bad. I was getting a shake on the highway. I pulled the balancers and all was good. The media inside the balancers did not move anymore. The balancers were warranted with a new set. I feel like the balancers do a good job and work as advertised. My last set of Firestone Transforce AT tires wore very evenly across the tread face both front and rear. I even have a set of balancers on our travel trailer.

I bought a set, put them on, I forgot that I had balance beads in my tires and the ride was awful! I had the beads removed and re-balanced with weights. The ride is great with the re-balance, I haven't tried the Centramatics again and honestly didn't like the look of them with my wheels.

I'll make someone a great deal on them. They literally have less than 10 miles on them.
