Diagnosing horrible sound

Sounds like a bad crossover cable.

The ECM reads the drivers side battery but the alternator feeds the passenger side battery. When the ECM doesn’t see the full alternator output it increases the voltage, which is why the passenger side will overcharge and not the drivers side.

It doesn’t sound like a stuck grid heater relay.

I think the popular way to do that is to cut the plastic off maybe crimp but then use a propane torch and solder the wire at the lug until full then heat shrink.

I think the main ideas of soldering are a better connection and no corrosion in the crimped lug that will happen and cause another replacement.

These are soldered and crimped in the copper rings, then covered with adhesive lined shrink wrap, Thanks

Only issue with solder connections is under heavy load the solder can melt and allow the connection to come apart. Crimp + solder now you have a solid mechanical connection no chance of it coming apart.
