I have a 2002 QC 4WD Auto and I have a question. I live in Northern Minnesota and cold weather is a fact of life. The problem I have is that my trans won't shift through all the gears until it warms up. Is this normal? I sometimes have to drive 5 miles before it will shift in to top gear and lockup will occur. The warmer it is the faster it will perform correctly but up until 50 degrees above zero it has this "problem". It is works totally fine after it warms up but it is truly puzzeling why this happens. Any comments are welcome. The truck has 58,000 miles and gets TLC from me at all times. It has never towed anything and is primarily a road runner. RSVP.
