Constant Throttle Cruise/Idle

Can anyone recommend a good clutch installer in Northern California?

I have installed a box on my pickup that hooks up to the factory cruise control. I can use it for "constant throttle cruise" and for adjustable idle. The current problem is the cruise inputs are too sensitive making the rpm's hard to modulate. I think I can build a circuit board that will duplicate the signal of the PCM allowing you "tap up" and "tap down" on two different buttons to make approx. 100 rpm differences. Once I get this all built, it will plug directly into the factory cruise, and the factory PCM plug into the box, run 1 wire to 12v+, mount the box to the dash and it's done. With the switch on you have manual control, with it off the cruise works like normal.

I'm curious to know if enough people would be interested that I should build several once I
get it all worked out.

Did you set the box up to drop out with brake activation? If not, can I help?

Does the idle control shut off when you tap the brake pedal?
 
Jerry, the only connector the dealer could get for me was the wrong one. Junk yards are full of them, the servo on almost all Dodge cars,vans & trucks is the same.
 
I did some more work on mine today, works better but still not how I want it. It will have a disconnect that works with the brake pedal. I'm heading to AZ for a week, I'll work on it when I'm back. I also need to find a source for the factory connectors dealer is NO help.
