cost of gasoline vs diesel fuel

Vaughn, the flying j down on rt 295 just before the Del Mem bridge had/has diesel for $1. 08!!

It's been dropping a few cents every week for the last month or so.

Around my house, $1. 21 is about the best I can get.

In Georgia...

... gas is down to 97 cents a gallon. Diesel is holding at 1. 07 per.

Diesel functuates around here depending on what brand you use. The ARCO I go to usually has the lowest, it was at $1. 34. 9 the other day.



What I have noticed since I bought my truck is that diesel prices seem to be much more stable than gas. Yeah, it goes up and down, but not nearly as much or quickly as gas. When gas was going for $1. 99 around here, I was paying $1. 65. When gas dropped to $1. 29, diesel came down also, but not as much.
