@Mikemann02 I had a set of Bosch 50HP in my 02. Last year I went with a set of F1 65HP injectors and what a difference. The motor is much more quiet at idle and I'm wanting to say at full WOT 75% less smoke.

DONT crank down on the inlet/outlet fuel line banjo fittings more than 18 lbs. They're hollow and will snap or distort if you place too much force on them.
The 6 injector lines on the VP are flare so you can give them a tightness check safely.
The only other location to leak on the VP is the shaft seal but if that happens it will pump fuel into the engine. RARE...

I appreciate the tips guys , didn't get a chance to look at it being mother's day weekend and all but I am taking notes , all the reading on injectors I'm torn on what to order , currently 70 hp superchip programmer , quadzilla boost fooler , wastgate turnbuckle , stock injectors , stock turbo , need daily driver dependability and tow my toy hauler occasionally , really want to just do it once , money wise I'm able to do injectors and a turbo if needed , nothing is wrong with either of them but I want just a bit more - kinda set it and forget it - get in hit the key and go without worrying.

MHO F1 injectors are tip top, I've had 2 sets over the years. 1st were the Mach 1.6's (85 hp) with stock turbo (DTT Trans), cold air filter, 4" exhaust and Edge Comp it rolled 394hp/750tq on chassis dyno, 2nd were the Mach 5's (200 hp), added 64/14 HTT (turbo) same cold air, exhaust and Edge Comp it rolled 525hp/1000tq. I stopped there as that's good enough for me. While I was waiting on the Mach 5's and 64/14 turbo to come in I sold the 1.8's and borrowed a set of BD 100hp sticks from a friend of mine that he only put around 1k miles on (before he went with twins), with those sticks it idles like a POS sounded like it had a race cam in it, hazed at idle and smoked on throttle regardless of if the Edge was turned off or set anywhere from 1/1 to 5/5. Didn't like them at all, was very glad when I could pull them out and give back to my friend.
