Toe Tag Correction

If you win that Darwin award and do something really, really stupid, your toe tag should read not, "John Doe", but, "John Doh!"

When the instruction manual for a tablesaw has to say, "Do not stand on this device while in operation", you know something is wrong with the general population.

Matt is the rumor true that you traded the truck for a minivan??

Tclemens+Millertim, What are some of the things that would have made that 2" leveling go easier on Todds truck? I got the same one and plan on putting it in at the shop tomorrow. Was there something about a spring compressor, also something about jacking up the truck higher :confused:

Thanks

their was no beer :{

. it should go alot easyier if you jack both sides up at once. use the floor jack to suport the axel and disconnect. . sway bar end links,brake line brackets and the track bar... ohh and shocks.

What he said, also when done make sure to check the protector on the brake lines, you dont wanna go thru what happend to my truck :) a spring compressor would probably make the job a lil faster, and safer, good luck.

No real need for the compressor. You just need to get enough stuff disconnected to be able to let the whole diff down for enough to slip both springs in at the same time. Problem we had on TClemens' truck was one side fighting the other. Another jack and having the truck up higher would have helped as well. I got stainless flex pipe to make up for the short down pipe on my truck. Now I just need to see about the turbo oil supply and drain stuff, and I should be ready to get Super Phat. If the manifold materializes. Wait till you see the new sneakers. :--)

Go to the cummins shop and ask for a 3958017

Just talked to some folks at Cummins in Rocky Hill, they've never sold one of those-so I ordered one anyway
