OK, it seems that the breaker next to the meter was never turned back on. The breaker is in the gargae where the oil co is... trying to reach someone to get in there to check it out...

Got it all at the depot. Magnetic trailer lights included so dont bother buying those Probably will start tomorro, will try to rig the engine hoist to do the heavy work...
