Frequently Asked Questions

Q: After joining the club, can I receive grill badges for previous 100,000-mile milestones already reached?
A: After joining the club, you will receive one grill badge displaying your latest mileage
milestone. As you achieve additional 100,000-mile milestones going forward, you will
receive a new grill badge at every 100,000-mile milestone thereafter.

Q: What will I need to submit in order to receive my next grill badge?
A: To receive your next grill badge recognizing a new mileage milestone, please complete
and submit only the top portion of the Membership Application, along with a photo of the
exterior of your Ram truck, a photo of your odometer, and $4.95 for shipping.

Q: Are the Cummins grill badges durable? How are they affixed to the grill of the
truck?
A: Cummins die-cast grill badges are durable and weather-resistant. Each grill badge
comes with a nut and washer so that it can be securely fastened through the grill of the
truck.

Q: What size are the Cummins grill badges?
A: Each Cummins grill badge is three inches in diameter.

Q: What happens if I reach a million miles?
A: We certainly hope that you do reach a million miles! Once you reach a million miles,
you will become a member of the Cummins Million Mile Club, an exclusive club for our
customers who have reached a million miles or more with their Cummins engine.

Q: What if I'm not the original owner of my Cummins-powered Ram truck and didn't
accumulate all of the miles myself?
A: No need to worry if you are not the original owner of your truck. As the current owner,
you can take credit and be rewarded for all of the miles accumulated on your Ram truck.

Q: I had a ton of miles on my old truck, but I've traded it in for a new one. Can the
miles accumulated on my old truck count toward my current mileage?
A: Only the miles accumulated on your current Ram truck are counted. This will allow all
grill badges to properly represent the vehicle they are placed on. We're thrilled that your
last Cummins Turbo Diesel gave you miles and miles of dependable power, and we can't
wait for you to build up the miles on your new one!

Q: Does my Cummins Turbo Diesel have to still be in the original truck as when it
was purchased?
A: As long as your Cummins Turbo Diesel is still in a Ram Heavy Duty pickup or Chassis
Cab, you are eligible to join the Cummins High Mileage Club.

Q: Is the Cummins High Mileage Club only for Ram Heavy Duty pickup owners? Am
I eligible to join if I own a Ram Chassis Cab and not a pickup?
A: All Ram Heavy Duty pickup and chassis cab customers are eligible to join the
Cummins High Mileage Club.

Q: I drive a Ram Heavy Duty truck for the company I work for and do not own the
truck myself. Am I eligible to join the Cummins High Mileage Club?
A: As the driver of the truck, you are eligible to join the High Mileage Club although you do
not own the truck.

Q: Is the Cummins High Mileage Club only for diesel-powered Ram trucks? Can I
join if I own a high mileage Ram truck with a HEMI gas engine?
A: We appreciate your interest in the Cummins High Mileage Club. However, the
Cummins High Mileage Club is exclusively for Cummins Turbo Diesel customers. If you
decide to purchase a Cummins-powered Ram truck, you would then be eligible to join the
Cummins High Mileage Club.

Q: I don't drive my Ram Heavy Duty truck often enough to accumulate a lot of miles,
but I still want a Cummins grill badge. Are there any other ways to get one?
A: Cummins designed and produced its first ever grill badge, exclusively for members of
the Cummins High Mileage Club. The Cummins High Mileage Club grill badges are not
available for purchase and can only be received through the Cummins High Mileage Club.

Q: What if I lose or misplace my Cummins grill badge? Can I get another one?
A: Only one grill badge can be given per milestone. If you lose your Cummins grill badge,
you can complete and submit only the top portion of the Membership Application
(indicating that you are requesting a replacement badge), along with $20 (includes
shipping) for a replacement badge. Otherwise, we will send you a new Cummins grill
badge when you reach your next mileage milestone.

Q: Does Cummins have a High Mileage Club for its other customers?
A: The Cummins High Mileage Club is exclusively for Turbo Diesel owners. However, all
Cummins customers are eligible to become part of the Cummins Million Mile Club, if they
have reached a million miles with their Cummins engine.

Is there an option to email you a photo of the truck and the odometer mileage?... In this day and age I don't have a polaroid camera to take and send pictures.

Mine is at 35k and it is a 2004.5. Original tires, batteries and mood. Cummins is my 5.9 queen. All green.

Just hit 100K this week on my 2014. Sending in my picture/paperwork for my first badge. This is the first diesel I have owned. Love driving it as much today as the day I picked it up.

My 04 5.9 this is the day she turned 300k....
