Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Cummins Manual

Stumbled upon a post a few days ago about sending Cummins the engine number and they could print or send a manual specific for this particular engine. Unfortuanly did not write anything down, will not do that again. Does anyone know where this post was and how to get to this via the Cummins site?
