Getting a copy of that would be the greatest. Let me know on the cost. And also if you want to "Chain Letter" the CD I'd be willing to make several copies and send them out, as to save to the time of making 100 copies or so. TDR is all about team work so let me know how I can help. And also get a copy!!!!
