I doubt someone would pay for membership since 2003, only post 2 times, and be "trolling" with his 2nd post in 5 years. Maybe just likes to read and research more than "speak"
Anywho, I have definately heard of the dealer denying warranty repair due to faulty fuel and I personally have no problem with that. That is the way it should be. It is not Dodge's responsibilty to pay for factors "outside" of design and quality elements. Bad fuel really isn't any different than if you have an accident, not Dodge's doing at all. The responsibility would be on the source of the bad fuel.
I know of someone who recently went through this and the station with the bad fuel paid for several thousand dollars worth of repairs for their CTD. It is the suppliers doing, not the Dodge or the dealers.
To the original poster, hopefully you have a receipt and fuel sample from the related "fill". Both will be insrumental in proving responsibility on the fuel station. Dodge should not be your concern, you need to concern yourself with informing the fuel station and covering your basis should they deny responsibility. The fuel sample from your truck would be paramout in this regards.
