2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Cup holder/console ?

I have an nv4500 in my Ram. If I leave the cup in the holder closest to the driver, the shifter will blow the cup up! We're talking coffee everywhere. I have to leave it in the passenger's side and pick it up to put the truck in reverse. It should be known that I drink DD large coffee. A small in the cup holder is good.

The center console from newer trucks is pretty much a bolt in affair.
I put a console from a 2014 1500 into my truck and it's the best thing I've done so far.
