Competition 700 hp PSDs Pulling TONIGHT!

Competition Who would win this pull?

Does anyone have any idea where I can get some custom wheels made for highway use for a dually:confused:? Looking for around a 16. 5X10 or 12 in rim. Wanting to put 40's under the truck all the way around. Oo. Oo. I also need someone in the STL area that does Dana 80 Axle shaft shortening. Any help would be appreciated.

Don,

Sorry that I can't be of any help on your axles or housing mod's but I just heard that you had damage to the front and rear axle last night? The track and sled both were :( :mad: :eek:. Hope that I heard wrong? Larry

Stockton Wheel. . Stockton,Ca. for wheels

Currie or Dynatrac for rear ends. . [however they are way $$pendy. . any good rearend fab shop can do the modes... hard part is the Axels needed for a custom width... . but they can be done also. .

Have you checked with Bier Brothers Racing in O'Fallon? They do a lot of different stuff and built me a new driveshaft when I crunched mine offroad

Larry- Yes we blew the spiders out of the rear-end Sat. Thanks to the team and alot of quick work we were driveable and out of Belle within a half an hour. I had to drive it home in FWD-front wheel drive:{ but we made it. Doc said he had the front of his truck covered with 90 W :D :D . Don't know where that came from ;) :D. There is also a nice aroma of street clutch in the air... so needless to say the dually is down for awhile:{ :{

cmccracken- Biers has helped quite a bit and i haven't talked to them about the rear-end yet.

willyslover- Stockton won't touch us with a ten foot pole already talked to them about it... :rolleyes: they claim its too dangerous for a dually on those tires to haul and drive daily:rolleyes:

oh well...

How about vintage wheels in Kansas city? I'd look in the car mags for the #.

I tried to get some wheels widened by stockton ten years ago and gave up. They quoted 5-6 weeks and 3 months later I demanded a refund. Even that was a fight.

They were wrong to bill me before the product was started.

I wonder how tuff it would be to get into special wheel production?
