desertrat, thanks for getting back to me on the parts. I've found some better prices on parts, and may be able to get a list together next week to post. Its still up in the air whether I'll do this or not, the price is still more than I should take on considering there are a bunch of other little things on the truck that need to be taken care of.

bvanetten, the 1 5/16" bore MC I used is for a 80's GM 1 ton w/hydraboost. I had to slightly modify it to fit a Dodge brake booster.

So i guess i've been lucky with my disk brakes. After reading all about the low spongy brakes i was tempted not to do the rear disk conversion, but i did and i'm so glad i did. My truck finally stopped, untill last weekend, well it did stop, all the time. I went to take the wheel off and i nearly burnt my hand! One of the caliper pins was missing. Unaware of where to get a new pin, I replaced it with a 3/8 bolt, but this did not fix the problem. after a longer trip i could touch my wheel but it was still hot. Today i took the wheel apart and relized that the calipers are clamped down on the rotor.
two questions,
where do I get one of those pins (local parts store laughed at me, he couldn't find one)?
What would cause the calipers to clamp down on the rotor?

Has anyone had any luck with rear discs for a dually? All of the kits I have found are only for the singles.
