No crush sleeves on the Dana 80. The torque is 450 ft-lbs and you do need a puller to remove the flange.
I marked mine on removal and reinstalled it with a large impact (a friend of mine owns a 5 bay repair business) and let it hammer for a while to get it tightened back up to where it was. I actually went a tick past where it was to make sure the torque was where it neede to be. That was 1 1/2 years ago.
HOWEVER, many times the seal is leaking because the pinion bearings are loose. Check for clearance with a dial indicator before you disassemble.
