DC Customer Complaints & STAR?

On a few different posts I noticed references to DC Customer complaint line and also the STAR line (I think) mentioned. I asked if anyone had the phone numbers for both and didn't notice any replies. Anyone have the numbers to share with the rest of us? Or is this a secret? Doubtful. Thanks

I don't have either number but I know only the dealers can call the STAR number. They have to authorize the replcament of some parts (like the lift pump and injection pump). I think it has to do with cost and the fact that these parts effect the emmisions.

Is that line open only during business hours or is it a 24 hour thing? I know that most their other lines are only business hours.
