Well, it looks like I've been bitten by the dead injection pump scenario, I guess I can't complain too bad, the truck has 244,000 official miles with about another 60k unofficial. I went out to start the truck yesterday and it just cranked and cranked last night. It wasn't all that cold outside about 32 degrees, I've started it in alot colder temps without it being plugged in. I've got plenty of battery juice as I'm running a new Oddessey 2100 cca battery in the truck, it has fuel pressure. I cracked number 1 and number 4 injection lines today and it doesn't appear to have any fuel coming out when I crank it, so I'm guessing it's the injection pump. I've put a heat lamp under the hood and plugged the truck in and it's warmed up enough today where the heater grid isn't kicking in and it still doesn't start.

Is there anything else to check?

Where is the best source to get a HRVP from Industrial Injection?

I'm still running the stock turbo, have DDIII's for injectors and a TTPM from DD and a 4" exchaust. What would be a good injector to switch too that would give better atomization and more power than the DDIII's? I'm going to eventually put a smarty on the truck and a newer turbo (haven't decided what one yet).

Any help would be appreciated.

You got a lot of miles out of that IP. I got my HRVP through Triple D Performance but they are a long ways from the land of bikinis this time of year. I think you can deal direct with Industrial Injection if you don't have a good vendor near. For injectors you could try Formula One's mach 4's.

I've got a SMARTY on ebay now #330200507224 free ship for TDR members and it could read codes to help be sure its a IP. From what I've heard mach 4s are the injector of choice.

Well, after another couple of hours of tinkering with the truck this late afternoon, I got it running again. Evidently, after being parked on an incline for several days it lost prime or I had the lines freeze up on me, not sure which, but it's back up and running again.

Bad Dog... .

Thanks for the help above.

I was thinking either water froze in line or prime loss. Mine looses prime when fuel level is low if parked on an incline/decline even more since I did the Vulcan Draw Straw.

Glad it wasn't the VP.
