These charges on the invoice are called PPA and DAA fee's. They vary from vehicle and which zone the dealer is in. Like posted earlier the only way one gets out of these fee's is if the truck is ordered or sold as Fleet. Fleet meaning company or person has to have Chrysler Fleet number. In order to qualify for a fleet number you have to have ten or more vehicles registered in your name or company and have to show ten titles or registrations to Chrysler to receive number.

Here at my dealer the DAA and PPA total $485 on 2500/3500 trucks. The $20 is for Customer One Owner Mailings, which you will receive a quarterly magazine from Chrysler for two years and other mailing like any recall notices.

If you get any pricing from services on the web like Kelly or Edmond's there will be a disclaimer at the bottom of pricing stating price does not included any dealer advertising fee's and will vary from dealer and vehicle.

With me working at this dealer for 10 yrs the trucks I have purchased I even had to pay these fee's.

Hope this helps any members out there. If any one needs any help PM me or you can call or e-mail. Greg Thiesen Fleet Manager TS&S, Bend Oregon
