Dealer/STAR's answer to P0514 Code!!!!!

I Never do it that way... ..... I download to the starscan on line,then download from the starscan to the vehicle. Very reliable,no toasted ECM's ... ... ... yet

I REALLY wish they had done that... the replacement ECM arrived today and IT'S BAD TOO! #@$%!



So sometime NEXT WEEK, hopefully. Over a week for a simple ECM flash. Sigh...

Yea, I would really like to be driving my truck BUT no sense getting angry at the dealer over it. I have a work van I drive during the week so getting back and forth to work is not a problem. The dealer said I could go get a rental no charge if I wanted but it's not worth the hassle. I'm going to try to get them to give me a free spare key (I have the $30 a pop SENTRY keys) for my troubles.
