I took a car to Dishman Dodge a few years ago and they were as incompetent as anyone I've ever had to deal with. I have never been back and doubt I ever will.
I recently had some work done at Spokane Chrysler. They don't sell trucks, but do have a Diesel shop. I've been satisfied with the work I've had done there.
I've been to Tom Addis in CDA a couple times because i thought a Dodge dealer may have more experiance with trucks than Spokane Chrysler. My opinion is they are as good as, but no better than Spokane Chrysler.
Dave Smith has a dealership in CDA now, but they don't do warranty work there.
I bought my truck from Save Smith in Kellogg. I had their performance shop put some ATS parts in my transmission, and took it back about 80,000 miles later when the transmission case was cracked. If I remember correctly, the guy running the shop is named James, He is a very knowledgeable and customer oriented guy. Other than that, I haven't seen the reason to drive the extra miles for any repair.
