I was under the impression that the TSB was for HPCR trucks only ('03 and up) and that your '99 should have gotten the pressure test? They pressure tested my '01. 5 lp and replaced it under warranty.

DC got sick of the money they were losing on warranty pumps, so they made the test easier to pass.

I just knew that ISO 14000 certified auto supplier would use stastics to fix the problem right. I am glad we have total quality management at DC and that all the suppliers and themselves can pass these stringent quality system tests and so accrrately analyse failure in the field that they build a better quality product with customer service #1.
