Delete Order

Probably a real dumb question....

But I want to delete the EGR, throttle valve, and install a 5" TBE along with a programmer.

Can I install the programmer and do the under the hood deletes and run it with the stock exhaust until my exhaust pieces come in without screwing anything up?

2012 Ram 3500, bone stock.

No. The DPF will plug because with a delete tuner installed it can't regen. You must remove the filter before running the truck with a delete tuner.
