DeLorme - Street Atlas USA 2004

I'm planning a trip from Omaha, NE down to Panama City, FL and looked on the website, but don't see anywhere to get a data update of roads/businesses and so on.



Does anyone know of where I can get more current data for it?

Go to www.randmcnally.com and click on get directions. It has taken me several thousand miles and I can't believe it finds the streets down to the correct block.

Delorme doesn't offer updates. They come out with new software every year and you'll get a discount if you order from them. With shipping, you're just as well off going to Staples and buy it off the shelf.



I'm sure that answer isn't what you wanted to hear but remember... the software only costs $50 retail. You can buy software from a company that has free updates, but you'll pay $100+ and it probably won't have many of the features you like.



FWIW, I've been using their software and GPS's for years. It ain't perfect, but I haven't found any I like better.
