No.... I'm trying to get a good contact or email address so it goes to the correct person.Did you forward that to your dealership?
Still doesn't fix why this particular Dodge runs my VIN and comes up with this conversion. Not sure what the next step is... pondering.....
Oh ok.. thanks for clarifying!...I think Sag2 had the answer when he illustrated the need to use the filter in the parts system. He made it come out right.
The parts people at that dealership didn't use that filter (lack of training, "Those trucks are all the same!" mentality) so the search was not refined to your vin.....in my opinion...as a former Parts Man, then a Parts Manager and now a Parts Director I'm pretty confident my assessment is pretty close...
I forwarded the email from FCA to the service manager. *She read it twice and didn't respond, yet. I'll give them a few days.Print it out and take it to the Service Manager. If he balks, take it to the GM. Somebody'll have to suck it up.

The suspense is killing us...……...quicker than any climate abnormalities.I forwarded the email from FCA to the service manager. *She read it twice and didn't respond, yet. I'll give them a few days.
Yeah I know, me too! Well I found the general managers email and then forwarded her the email. Her response was " thanks for letting me know, the store service director will be in contact". ..... we wait again. The suspense is killing us...……...quicker than any climate abnormalities.
I totally agree on that...Take the money and then spread the results......everywhere! So many dealers think only for the now and not the long term customer.
No removal, but I would add more on, most certainly. It was an ultimatum .. they argued they'll give have or nothing. I was done dealing with the chaos of "you need to speak to this person, this person will call you back (and doesn't), etc.,". Her argument was I confirmed a diagnosis. The problem was they were loose on what they did and didn't write on the work order. They listed it was a no start, but DIDN'T write that I asked them to check the fuse or relay and replace whichever was bad. They said mechanic said he did (lie) as I confirmed it next day with help from Scott.... it came down to he said, she said, blah, blah. They also asked I remove the Google review... will I? NO!.
