Diesel prices here in the northern part of Alabama actually dropped Wednesday 4 cents to 1. 539 to 1. 599. Still cost me $50. 00 :--) to fill it up to the neck. 4th tank on my new 600, 6 speed came in at 16. 11 MPG, hand calculated. 3500 quad cab, 2wd, 3. 73 rears, and a little more of my foot into it this tank.

here in florida they are about 1. 80 but sit down for this i paid 2. 30 for gas in the boat last saturday

less see 2. 30 x 120 gallons = alot of money

Not diesel... ... but I did find 93 octane gas at $1. 99 and there is an add'l $. 05 off on Tues and Wed. Boat is empty and needs 200 gal so this is a good find!!!!

The Mobil by us dropped the diesel price from$1. 89 to $1. 85.....

I've been paying $1. 779 for the last few tanks but just saw that they went up to $1. 879. I think there is a station that has it for $1. 859. I'll be filling up there tomorrow.

How many more refinery fires will it take to get it to $5. 00!!! I need to go get the 55 gallon drum of Vasoline - CAUSE we're taking it where the sun don't shine!!!!

Hi All!

As a result of all the controversy of the latest fuel price increases, the following is a listing of some of the Truck Stop Web Sites. When you navigate through the sites you can get the current Diesel, Gas (“J” and one other chain only, forgot which one) prices along with the location, phone # and other amenities/ services available. At least you can get an idea of where or where not to get fuel when traveling out of your home area!

Remember that in OR the listed Diesel price is the PUC permit holder price. All others (car & RV) without a UPC permit have to ADD $0. 24/gal to the price.

In AZ the Car/RV Diesel price is -$0. 09/gal LESS than the “Big Truck” price. If you use the “Big Truck” side to fuel, most if not all truck stops will, if BEFORE FUELING, adjust the price if you call and tell them that you are a RV (they can verify it with the camera). Remember to call before fueling. To prevent “slowing up” the “big truck” side it is best to use a dedicated “RV” island or the Car Island if there is enough room. I don’t know if there are states other than AZ & OR that have similar programs.

“J” has a program called “Real Value” that gives you a $0. 01/gal discount for Diesel/Gas and $0. 05/gal discount for Propane along with other promotional items. Sign up is free and can be done over the I’net.

GoComchek is an organization that will show most of the Diesel fuel prices along the I’state system and major US highways. They won’t show the local Mom & Pop fuel located OFF the main highways. I use it mainly to determine the relative fuel costs in one area or another. I. E. should I fuel up in CO or wait until we get into KS.

If anybody knows of another Truck stop website why don’t you post it for all to see and use?

It is currently 1. 619 in Anchorage, AK. Gotta get a bigger tank for my trip thru Canada, don't want to do $4. 00 a gallon if it is at all possible!

WTF happend to the price's! Now that winter's basically over you'd think they'd have alot of heating oil left over, but no, they screw us. A month ago I paid 1. 65, now it's 2. 15! We need to get that Iraqi oil a flowin'

Very informative. I hadn't heard that Kalifornia had sworn off of Middle East oil. ;)

From what I understand, Calif gets most of it's oil from Calif, Canada, and Alaska. I think the profits go to Texas based oil companies.

Filled at the east Boise Flying J on Thursday. $1. 77. 9:{ I'm pulling the Airstream to the midwest next month. Hope things are a bit better to the east!

the oil price has nothing (ok transport also cost something) to with the amount of oil wells, the price is higher due to the higher taxes on fuels here in Europe (about 2/3 ´s of the price are only taxes).
