I have not tried it, but have read from those that have tried it reviews that seem to go along the lines of this
I used DSE as directed by their manual, in my 2006 Ram 5. 9L Cummins diesel. When the engeine was cold (in the summer time in Florida)the engine would shake and knock really bad until the engine reach 180 degree F. I had to replace 5 of my 6 injectors. I was using virgin VO in my mix. If you plan on keeping your engine running say as far away from this crap as you can. I emailed people all over Germany and no one ever heard of theses guys or this secret crap (I'm tring to me polite). I did hear of a group in England by a different name selling the same crap and was either shut down or was run out. Remember if it seems to be to good to be true, 9 out of 10 chances its wrong. Save your money run SVO or process your WVO in to Bio Diesel.

Lets say it works perfectly for a second.

As soon as it gets out that it works and has NO side effects like ruining injectors (unlikely), and gumming up your tank and fuel system (also unlikely), there is still the problem of obtaining WVO. Lots of people are competing for the oil and there's definitely not enough to fuel all the trucks that want to use it.

If I thought I could really get free WVO for a long period of time - like years, I might think about biodiesel, but biodiesel refineries are going to eventually start buying it I would think.

BioDieselNow - Renewable biodiesel fuel lots of info on biofuels and biodiesel.

DSE gets very low marks there.

Note that bio-fuels, WVO and SVO aren't biodiesel but can be refined into biodiesel.

Your engine definitely knows the difference.

For users of WVO and SVO when the time comes to trade/sell current rig will you be demo-ing it to potential buyers with a tank of WVO/SVO or regular #2 diesel and maybe with some booster additives?

Likewise for buyers, have mail in fuel sample kit handy, likewise oil sample kit.

If everything about the deal looks good then let the labratory results of those two analysis be final deal maker/breaker.

There's lots of great looking 3rd gen iron out there for sale.

Labratory analysis of fuel and oil (engine & transmission) can back up which are the diamond deals.
