RGardner said:Some of us have to drive X number of miles a day whether we like it or not. Think about the farmer and ranchers in the usa. I know of guys that are burning 280 to 300 gallons of diesel a day. It takes 4 semi loads of wheat at 4. 60 to buy a semi of diesel.
The farmer/rancher has no way to pass on the increased cost of fuel. Times are tought in rural America right now.
I work for a transportation company where we have only owner operators, these guys have it tough they drive for a living!! they can't say no to a load or they won't get paid. Exaclty right lets stop complaining about what we pay yes it's expensive but it could be a lot worse. Just stop and think when you think it's bad someone always has it worse. Like someone said if your going to complain about how much you pay for gas for fuel then sell what you have. But most of us enjoy driving our trucks so lets enjoy and stop complaining. Oo.
