After reading the link about TDR in the Dodge magazine, https://www.turbodieselregister.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=33665 do you think it would be good to have a separate forum targeted to Daimler-Chrysler with the top issues we have with our trucks?
Top issues can be determined by polling the TDR members.
This could do several things:
Give DC a single place to view, eliminating having to read all the forums for relevant issues.
Identify top priority issues.
Allow them an opportunity to respond on line (negotiate a customer service advocate from DC to participate)
With the power of 10,600+ dues paying members, surely we attract enough attention to have them actively involved. That's 10,600+ people willing to pay almost $400,000 a year to be able to participate in this forum and receive the TDR magazine from a third party.
The 10,600 members represent approximately $300,000,000 worth of D-C product, not counting service potential, or add-on products. And just think of the future opportunities with the new $40,000 trucks. And us telling our friends about the great Cummins engine.
A computer vendor of our company has provided us a lab advocate that solicits input on a periodic basis for design of their new servers.
I've read so much about the steering problems, surely D-C knows it is real. This should be on the list in the D-C forum area.
