Does the 4th gen trucks still use the TIPM to control the electrical loads? Is it the same set-up as the 2006 and up third gen trucks? Does it also control the lighting circuits at the trailer tow plug?

If anyone has a trailer tow plug schematic, please post. Thanks

The new diagrams do not lend themselves too well to printing, so this is the best I can do.

Everything still is all controlled by the TIPM, so not much has changed from past years. The diagram does not show trailer brake unless you have ITBC (integrated trailer brake controller) so I do not know for sure if there is still a dummy plug under the dash for those trucks not equipped. If it is there, it looks like they might have changed the color of the connector to light gray.

Thanks Guys. I am looking to see if the TIPM Saver I build will also cover the 4th gen trucks. Looks like the same circuits are going through the TIPM.
