Does your 4x4 ram fit in your garage?

Mine fits in nicely------but then, my garage is 40'X60' . , with 12 X14 doors. its my play pen.

Building is 30'x50' x 16' high, with a 16' wide x 11' high electric rollup door and a 15x30 studio apartment in back. No problem driving in with the slidein onboard.

my Garage is huge, i have 7 inches above the door, three and a half feet to cieling, four feet in front, two feet in back. along with my Massey ferguson compact, riding mower, four wheeler, wifes suburban, two refrigerators, upright deep freeze, stove, work bench down the side and back walls and still enough room for another car. HEE HEE



I guess you could accuse me of having a size complex

You bet it fits. As hot as it gets here, its a must. Standard 16x7 door, and about 3 feet in front and 1 ft behind. Also, wife's van and the riding mower.



Had to move the rock buggy outside. Oh well, it likes the sun anyway.

Just fits

My truck just fits in my garage. With the 400 bales of straw, 6 tracters, combine, semi with grain trailer, 2 disks, 3 gravety wagons and many more stuff. It is a tight fit for the DODGE with hay stacked 11 high in it. Well, i can also park a semi and trailer (if it is clean) in my little shop that I BOMB the ram in.

Mine JUST fits. BUT, if I park the truck AND the Boss's Jeep in the garage, I can't get the doors open.

Just barely, have to kiss the front wall and no hitch in receiver. About 1 inch between cab top of garage door. I don't know what I'm gonna do when I get a true 4 door version.

I CAN fit the truck in either garage, however... ... .



The garage attached to the house is your typical run of the mill two car with one big door... which becomes a 1 truck... and some extra space for shelving garage. For those of you who are married..... Take a guess how well that arrangement works out.



In terms of depth... . the guy who built the house decided he needed extra space in front, so its actually pretty deep on one side. Oh say like around 28'-30' deep.



The other problem is height, better clear the snow away from the door... otherwise that little bit of added height will cause problems.

And ya gotta go slow for that antenna whip lash.



The detached garage was designed with my Dodge in mind. Plenty deep, and plently wide. All three doors are oversized in terms of width and height. I didn't realize how much bigger this garage was... till I parked the truck in the house garage.

Mine fits with LOTS of room to spare vertically. Of course, my garage door height is 8'!!! Wahoo!



I've got a regular cab long bed, and it just barely fits length wise. I might be able to squeeze a QC long bed in it, if I didn't care about not being able to walk all the way around.

I havn't tried it yet, its the Trans Ams home... but I'd have to say no..... Last year I had the to much to drink at a back yard barbeque at home so I thought I would show off ,got the car warmed up ,STAGED ,Then came an spectacular brake stand inside the garage ,5 minutes later the fire dept shows up..... the lady across the street thought the garage was on fire

Yes Frank, I kept the truck. That house we were looking at got snatched up before we could get to it, so everything worked out. We found another one. Thank you very much for the advice.

I used to back my 18 ft open trailer with my '64 Fury on it into my garage, and be able to shut the door--but this 3500 won't fit, unless I rip off the mirrors, and then I would be affraid of the wife pulling out and leaving part of the dually fender behind.
