Hey, this is exactly how I feel. If you as an owner don't want to hire someone of a different color, gay or religion, it should be your choice. If you believe in free trade and capitalism then the free market will decide whether or not to do business with you.



It makes me sick when someone else tells you how to run your business that you stand to lose everything,, If Dodge doesn't want GM cars in their lot, so be it. Deal with it or find a new job. .

Back in the early 80s I worked in a Datsun dealer near downtown Atlanta. One year we got in several Datsuns/owners with vandalism damage. They were G. M. Doraville plant workers and OTHER employees at the plant had done the damage to their vehicles during work hours.

No. . that to me is BS. They are rewarding employees who take a genuine interest in their product by making space up front available, they are not punishing anyone.

I get sick of the "equality" thing played out to the max.

I suppose DC should just slap their loyal brand employees in the face and say. . you know what? Were taking your spaces away cuz its offensive to the others and your not so special anymore. I think its offensive when people whine about what others get as incentives by crying equality.



What they are doing is the same as other companies do, making special spaces for exceptional and or high ranking employees. Brand loyal employees have their space, if they want to make space for exceptional techs as you pointed out they can do that too but then we have to deal with those that think the other fella is trying just as hard :{ and it just goes on and on.

What an entertaining thread. Americans just love to stir up trouble. Make a policy, and someone will protest it... . we think it's our God-given right. Liberals have really ruined this country. DC is a company that employe's people. I would love to see in their contract with UAW, if it even says they HAVE TO PROVIDE parking space for those emplyees. Even if it does state that, then I'm quite certain it doesn't say "where". But do something - anything - and some American will feel the need to "make a statment". People, if you haven't noticed lately, we have all gone just a little crazy (NOTICE I SAID "WE", that includes ME). Americans really need to lighten up, and just start enjoying life, and quit trying to make everything right... . it AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN.....
